PICKUP AND DELIVERY




WE OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY & FURNITURE PICKUP STARTING AS LOW AS $35!

     

      FOR PICK-UPS:

      • Pick-Ups are available starting at a base rate of $35. Final pricing depends on your location, the amount of items being delivered, and whether those items are going up or down any flights of stairs. 
      • We ask that you email (manager.omtetc@gmail.com) or bring in pictures of your item(s) prior to setting up a delivery. You are always free to bring items over without an appointment during business hours for our consideration.
      • We do ask for your payment ahead of time.  Because we are limited with the amount of items we can pick up/deliver in a day, this will hold your place in our pick-up schedule. 
      • After your items have been approved and we have received your payment, you will be notified the day before your Pick-Up of your 3-hour time window.  We will also give you a call the day of, to give you a 10-15 minute heads up that we are heading your way! 
      • Once your item(s) are back in our store, we will call to confirm all pricing on the items picked up. 
      • We cannot guarantee any time slots for Pick-Ups.  We do Pick-Ups all over the greater Columbus area, so our Pick-Up/Delivery schedule is based off of the most efficient route based off of the stops. 

       

      FOR LOCAL DELIVERY:

      • Delivery is available starting at a base rate of $35 depending on your location, the amount of items being delivered, and whether or not there are stairs involved.
      • You can always schedule a delivery in-store or over the phone.
      • We do ask for your payment ahead of time.  Because we are limited with the amount of items we can pick up/deliver in a day, this will hold your place in our schedule.
      • You will be notified the day before your delivery of your 3-hour time window.  We will also give you a call that day with a heads up that we are on our way!
      • We cannot guarantee any time slots for deliveries.  We do deliveries all over the greater Columbus area, so our pick-up/delivery schedule is based off of the most efficient route based off of the stops.
