PICKUP AND DELIVERY

WE OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY & FURNITURE PICKUP STARTING AS LOW AS $35!
FOR PICK-UPS:
- Pick-ups are available starting at a base rate of $35. Final pricing depends on your location, the amount of items being delivered, and whether or not there are stairs involved.
- We ask that you email (manager.omtetc@gmail.com) or bring in pictures of your item(s) prior to setting up a delivery. You are always free to bring items over without an appointment during business hours for our consideration.
- We do ask for payment ahead of time to hold your place in our pick-up schedule.
- After your items have been approved and we have received your payment, we will call you with a 3-hour delivery window the day before. We will also call the day of with a 10-15 minute heads up that we are heading your way!
- Once your item(s) are back in our store, we will call to confirm all pricing on the items picked up.
- We cannot guarantee any time slots for pick-ups. Since we travel all over the greater Columbus area, our schedule is based on the most efficient routes that week.
FOR LOCAL DELIVERY:
- Delivery is available starting at a base rate of $35 depending on your location, the amount of items being delivered, and whether or not there are stairs involved.
- You can always schedule a delivery in-store or over the phone.

- You will be notified the day before your delivery of your 3-hour time window. We will also give you a call that day with a heads up that we are on our way!
